All, good morning. Windows 11 introduces many visual improvements and refinements to Windows. I thought it would be a good idea to go through all major changes and features that you requested since the windows 11 Insider Preview was released earlier in the year. Windows 10 users will receive this update as a free update later in the year, provided they meet the system requirements. Many people are dissatisfied with the requirements. Windows 10 is able to meet these requirements. It requires a processor that is one gigahertz (or faster). You should have 64 gigabytes storage, four gigabytes RAM TPM 2.0 secure boots support and visuals that conform to DirectX 12. This is currently running on a custom-built computer I built myself.
We can see in settings that the processor is an AMD ryzen7 5800x with 32GB of RAM and a rtx3090 graphics card. This is what it is currently running on. First, notice that the start menu (or start bar) is now located in the middle. You can customize or change this back to the left.
This is more like an Android app launcher, for example. You have your pinned apps there with new icon designs. Then, if you wish to scroll through all your apps alphabetically and see them all, click on all apps.
You can also see more information about the different applications and documents that you may have opened. Here you will also find your power menu. This is where you can shut down or restart the computer. This is as easy to use as you would expect. You can copy, cut, rename and delete. The theming matches your rounded edges and other distinctive characteristics.

You'll find things like this that are related to the application. The next icon is search. If I click on search you'll see we have to type in search. Next you will see your top apps, recents and other things.
As you can see we have control panel. All of the old ways to manage Windows computers are still available, running in the background. You can change the order of icons and categories. They haven’t removed any of these yet. If you like stuff, they’re still there. The next thing is that if we click this, we can either create a new desktop with different backgrounds and themes or different programs, or we can close it off.

You can switch between them easily.
They've updated everything with your news. This is similar to the live start menu where you could access live news. However, there's now a widget pane to search the web. If you have a touch screen you can slide in from left to use that. As you can see, even for an early build, all transitions and movements are seamless. Snap layouts are something they have been talking about a lot. Take microsoft edge as an example.

If we hover over the maximize bar within edge, these are snap layouts. We can drag the window to the top to make the screen full screen. We can also drag it back to make the screen smaller. The most popular layouts are listed here. Next, we'll open chrome and place this in the top right. Finally, we'll open the Microsoft store and place this in the bottom right. You can snap anything you like anywhere.

If you want to avoid problems such as strokes and heart disease, there is an easy way.
Get more fruits and vegetables.
Whole grains are better than refined ones. Brown rice is better than white. Switch to whole-wheat pasta
Consider lean proteins such as poultry, fish and beans.
Reduce your intake of processed foods, sugar, salt, saturated fat, and other unhealthy food.
Flexibility is key to eating well, according to Joyce Meng, MD assistant professor at UConn Health's Pat and Jim Calhoun Cardiology Center. You can follow a strict diet plan if you prefer. It's okay if you don't like following a strict diet plan.
Tricia Montgomery (52), founder of K9 Fit Club knows firsthand the benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle. Her favorite things are eating healthy food and making small, frequent meals. She says, "I don’t deny myself anything." "I still enjoy dessert, key lime pie, yum!" -- I love frozen gummy bears and moderation is the key.
Get regular checkups. Your doctor will keep track of your medical history so that you can stay healthy. If you are at high risk of osteoporosis (a condition that weakens bones), your doctor may recommend more vitamin D and calcium.
You may be recommended by your doctor to have screening tests done to monitor your health and detect conditions before they become serious.
Be open to communication. Meng said, "If you have any questions, ask your doctor." "Ensure you are satisfied with the information." Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about any medication or procedure.
It can be very detrimental to your health. It is impossible to avoid it all, but there are ways you can reduce the effects. Do not take on too many responsibilities. Set limits for yourself and others. It is okay to say no.
To relieve stress, try:
Talking to a friend or family member.
Develop healthy habits
You can prevent problems from coming your way tomorrow if you make the right decisions today.
Brush your teeth twice daily and floss each day.
Limit your alcohol. Limit your alcohol intake to 1 drink per day.
Take your medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Get better sleep. Try to sleep for at least 8 hours. Talk to your doctor if you are having trouble sleeping.
Keep out of direct sunlight between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Wear your seatbelt.
Meng suggests that you take time each day to invest in your own health.
Montgomery was able to see the benefits. Montgomery says that she has overcome health issues, is happy, and has a positive outlook. She says that her life has been forever transformed.
