Trust me, I know that we often abandon our old tech to get newer technology each year in the hope of increasing our productivity. However, I am able to extend the life of my current tech in order to keep my budget in check.
Your employees should follow your example. You and your employees should be educated about the true cost of not recycling e-waste. It's worth taking the extra effort and time to learn more.
