Six years ago, Indian mobility solutions company Gilco Global was founded out of an alliance formed with Orona, a Spanish vertical transport provider. Aman Moudgil, the General Director of Gilco Global, and Deepak Moudgil, the Managing Director, tell us about the history of the company. They also give an update on India's mobility sector.
Hello to you both. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. We would appreciate some background information on Gilco Global's origins.
Gilco Global was established in 2014 through a partnership with Orona, a Spanish elevator company. Gaurav and I were both already in the construction industry through various ventures that specialized in engineering design and project management consulting. We had worked on specialized projects in the hospital, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors from concept to commissioning. We were familiar with Indian mobility solutions and elevators, and we knew the needs of our customers. Orona, who has a lot of experience in infrastructure and real estate, invited us to join her team. We accepted the invitation and created this company. My father, i.e. Sh. Deepak Moudgil, who was Director (Projects), with Engineers India Ltd, resigned and joined us. He brought with him a wealth of leadership experience at all levels and complexity. The journey began with many challenges, including the creation of the resources necessary to support sales, marketing, and back-office processes. The biggest challenge was promoting the Orona brand in India. It was not well-known, but it was rated as one of the most respected elevator companies in the world. Orona is used in more than 10 European lifts. Orona is Gilco Global's biggest USP for the Indian market. We are selling European products that conform to EN 81 lift standards. This puts a great emphasis on comfort and safety. Gilco Global has an exclusive agreement with Orona Group to serve the entire Indian market. Orona was the first company to receive ecodesign certification (ISO 14006). Gilco Global is the embodiment of Orona's philosophy and quality in India. It has been a strong presence in India for more than six years, offering quality products and services to its customers.

Gilco Global is a specialist in mobility solutions. We offer a wide range of solutions, such as moving walkways and dumb waiters, elevators, escalators and car docks. Also, we have automated car parking solutions that can be used in urban infrastructure, such as hotels, hospitals, residential buildings, commercial, industrial, and other places. We also provide solutions for the aviation industry, such as automatic baggage handling systems and baggage scanning, gate seating, mechanical sweepers to runway applications, and specialized equipment for ground handling. What drove you to partner with Orona What attracted you to the lift industry?
Deepak Moudgil, who helmed one of the most prestigious oil and gas consulting companies for more than 40 years, gave us a solid foothold in construction and helped us to benefit from his decades-long leadership experience. Our other venture, i.e. Global C was started by Gaurav and myself. It is one of the most prominent Project management companies in India. The company has 60 million square feet of experience. It has strong associations in Spain, Italy, Spain, and Maldives. Orona approached us through Spanish friends. They were looking for an established and credible partner to help them establish in India. We were already familiar with the lift industry. We had previously procured them for projects. However, we did more thorough market research through a renowned global company. Our findings sparked our interest in this business venture. Gilco Global was created through a series of meetings and evaluations in India, Spain and the United States.

Be open to communication. Meng said, "If you have any questions, ask your doctor." "Ensure you are satisfied with the information." Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about any medication or procedure.
Reduce Stress
It can be very detrimental to your health. It is impossible to avoid it all, but there are ways you can reduce the effects. Do not take on too many responsibilities. Set limits for yourself and others. It is okay to say no.

Deep breathing
Meditation
Yoga
Massage
Exercise
Healthy eating
Talking to a friend or family member.
Develop healthy habits
You can prevent problems from coming your way tomorrow if you make the right decisions today.
Brush your teeth twice daily and floss each day.
Don't smoke.
Limit your alcohol. Limit your alcohol intake to 1 drink per day.
Take your medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Get better sleep. Try to sleep for at least 8 hours. Talk to your doctor if you are having trouble sleeping.
Keep out of direct sunlight between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Wear your seatbelt.
Meng suggests that you take time each day to invest in your own health.
Montgomery was able to see the benefits. Montgomery says that she has overcome health issues, is happy, and has a positive outlook. She says that her life has been forever transformed.
