Businesses around the world looked to their service providers for help as they faced increased demand for alternative payment options. Digital advertising companies were among the first to adopt this technology. PYMNTS research has shown that 68% of these businesses now use automated technology to prioritize collection of fees.

Many companies saw the advantages of digital payments and innovated accordingly. 71% reported increased collections after accounts receivable automation. Despite the fact that B2B automation is more efficient than legacy systems, there are still some issues with the technology. For example, while it takes advertising firms just 11 days to follow-up on collections, the average days sales outstanding rate (DSO) for all businesses is 42.5 days. B2B companies can use virtual cards to address this problem and streamline the process.

PYMNTS' Payments in B2B Advertising Report examines how B2B advertisers can update their legacy payment systems and make use of electronic payments to increase revenue and reduce friction.

In the last 19 months, there has been a shift in the way B2B companies market their products and services. Display advertising in the United States is expected to reach $5.1 billion by 2021. This 33% increase over 2020's $3.8 billion. According to reports, technology products and services accounted for 32% of all U.S. digital advertising sales. The top two spenders in B2B search and display advertising were financial services, which accounted for 25%.

Cross-border B2B transactions will reach $42.7 trillion by 2026. This is an $8 trillion increase over 2021. 70% of transactions are made via wire transfers and this number is expected to rise to 80% in 2026. B2B cross border payments providers are focusing on automation of payment processes because legacy payments options can be slow and difficult to track down to completion. To make up for the current shortcomings in cross-border instant payments, research suggests that payments vendors should offer companies a variety of user-friendly options, such as virtual card.

Many businesses were unable to function due to travel restrictions or border closures. B2B cross border payments will continue to grow despite this. One report predicts a 14% rise in these transactions between 2020 and 2021. B2B business leaders worldwide reported that a significant portion of them intend to invest in eCommerce migration by 2023. More than 80% of these B2B leaders also believe it is important to start omnichannel investments by 2023. Although the B2B market is often behind other segments of the payments industry in digital transformation, many market leaders have rethought their strategies after the pandemic.

Be open to communication. Meng said, "If you have any questions, ask your doctor." "Ensure you are satisfied with the information." Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about any medication or procedure.


Reduce Stress

It can be very detrimental to your health. It is impossible to avoid it all, but there are ways you can reduce the effects. Do not take on too many responsibilities. Set limits for yourself and others. It is okay to say no.

Healthy eating

Talking to a friend or family member.

Develop healthy habits

You can prevent problems from coming your way tomorrow if you make the right decisions today.


Brush your teeth twice daily and floss each day.

Don't smoke.

Limit your alcohol. Limit your alcohol intake to 1 drink per day.

Take your medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Get better sleep. Try to sleep for at least 8 hours. Talk to your doctor if you are having trouble sleeping.

Keep out of direct sunlight between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Wear your seatbelt.

Meng suggests that you take time each day to invest in your own health.
