The world is constantly changing thanks to innovations in telematics, autonomous technology, and other technologies. We had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Eitan Kishenboim, CMO at ERM Advanced Telematics, about the current status and the future of this fast-changing and constantly evolving industry.
You are very welcome, Mr Kirshenboim. We are very grateful for your time. Would you please share your routine for starting a busy day with us? How do you improve productivity during a busy day?
Thank you so much for the interview. As any parent would, I believe that the day begins with getting the children up and ready to go for school.
However, I think the first thing I will do is check my messages and email on my phone. ERM is a global company. ERM has a team in India as well as partners on five continents. This means that while I was sleeping, other people might be working and need my attention. I typically have work for Indian partners or the Indian team when I arrive at the office. So, my day usually starts right away, I'm afraid.
When I have time I read and search for interesting news in our domain or beyond.
We are pleased to see that your career has been successful in all areas of business development, marketing, and technology. We would love to hear about the highlights of your professional career.
As a hi-tech guy, my main highlight is being able to do a variety roles. After I started in the technology industry, I was able to take on many types of work for the first 15 years. I began my career as a programmer and moved into project management, product management, team management, and finally to presales, business development, marketing, sales, and channel sales. This combines everything I've done in the past.
A variety of perspectives and enough time in each position, especially in large companies, can help you understand how the company functions, how business is changing, and how to grow your business with complete strangers.
A key aspect is to not be afraid to take on responsibility. Managers look for people they can trust to help them with more complex tasks and grow their business. You can help your colleagues prepare a presentation or edit an Excel sheet. Then, offer to take over a small project such as managing a team night or other internal events.
You will start to help others and plan activities for them. This will increase your awareness and appreciation for the world around you. You will find interesting jobs and projects to follow.
This is the last one. It is my motto: "A man must choose his wars." This slogan is something I use often when I am in a difficult situation. Do I see the significance of this? Is it a good idea to continue doing this?
Albert Einstein once stated that "no problem is solved by the same level consciousness that created it".
No matter what type of situation you are in, whether it is professional or personal, there will always be situations that go wrong. It is important to take a step back and look at the situation from a different perspective. When you're under stress it is important to take a moment to relax.

Flexibility is key to eating well, according to Joyce Meng, MD assistant professor at UConn Health's Pat and Jim Calhoun Cardiology Center. You can follow a strict diet plan if you prefer. It's okay if you don't like following a strict diet plan.
Tricia Montgomery (52), founder of K9 Fit Club knows firsthand the benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle. Her favorite things are eating healthy food and making small, frequent meals. She says, "I don’t deny myself anything." "I still enjoy dessert, key lime pie, yum!" -- I love frozen gummy bears and moderation is the key.
Get regular checkups. Your doctor will keep track of your medical history so that you can stay healthy. If you are at high risk of osteoporosis (a condition that weakens bones), your doctor may recommend more vitamin D and calcium.
You may be recommended by your doctor to have screening tests done to monitor your health and detect conditions before they become serious.
Be open to communication. Meng said, "If you have any questions, ask your doctor." "Ensure you are satisfied with the information." Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about any medication or procedure.
It can be very detrimental to your health. It is impossible to avoid it all, but there are ways you can reduce the effects. Do not take on too many responsibilities. Set limits for yourself and others. It is okay to say no.
To relieve stress, try:

You can prevent problems from coming your way tomorrow if you make the right decisions today.
