The world is changing. Why not harness the energy of the change to make the world and yourself more beautiful? 

There's no reason to exclude your input from world change.

When change is too rapid, it's easy for people to lose their power. People can become emotionally attached to the past. People are too attached to the past at such high speeds that they are unable to maintain their equilibrium and resist the future. Nationalism and rampant racism are two examples of this resistance.

Balance yourself. Be kind to yourself. You can regain your personal power by taking a proactive approach to living a happier life.

One person may believe they can't change the world, but we can. This is something I have personally experienced. I'm a normal person who lives a normal lifestyle. I do not directly engage in world politics nor do I use a harpoon or hammer to save the whales that I love. However, I have made changes to my life. I live in a way that minimizes waste. I am a supporter of others who live better. My initial changes were modest. With time, I learned to improve my processes and was able to help more people. Today, I am able to help thousands of people in 15 different countries every year. My acts of kindness help to shift society.

Personal Growth is the Key to Changing Society

Many people feel that the world is bleak and unfulfilling. Many people feel stuck doing nothing. Why so many people feel stuck is because they don't know what to do.

Our biggest problem is to view social problems in a larger-than-life manner.

It is easy to feel helpless when you look at too many pictures.

It is impossible to completely change the overall picture at once.

To think in terms "everything" means to be inaction. It is time to shift our social perspective and help each other see what they can socially affect and do against.

Personal growth is the first step in improving society. It's simply about growing in your life.

This seven-step process can be described as follows:

Kindness. You must be aware of your essence so that you don't create a negative story about yourself.

Non-judgment. Do not be afraid to see new and creative possibilities.

Awareness. We can learn from others and connect our actions. (And in reflection, receive help from other people)

Grace. Be open to the possibilities of what's happening around you. It is easier to take advantage of the flow of life around you in order to accomplish our goals.

Be open to the human condition, not against it. To work around conflicts, it is important to understand both politics and the stories of others.

Modesty. Staying true to our visions. We regain our power by being modest and not becoming corrupted.

Take small, active steps. Even small actions can make a difference. Fear and inaction can make it difficult to take big steps.

Bonus Step Continue to Repeat Steps 1-7

As you continue to apply these steps throughout your life, your life will evolve. You'll always learn and grow.

Most people fail to complete step 7, which is small, active steps. Either they do nothing or try to do too many things at once. Keep your focus on the small, achievable steps. Slowly create an infrastructure that will allow you to achieve greater success over time.

If you want to avoid problems such as strokes and heart disease, there is an easy way.


Get more fruits and vegetables.

Whole grains are better than refined ones. Brown rice is better than white. Switch to whole-wheat pasta

Consider lean proteins such as poultry, fish and beans.

Reduce your intake of processed foods, sugar, salt, saturated fat, and other unhealthy food.

Tricia Montgomery (52), founder of K9 Fit Club knows firsthand the benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle. Her favorite things are eating healthy food and making small, frequent meals. She says, "I don’t deny myself anything." "I still enjoy dessert, key lime pie, yum!" -- I love frozen gummy bears and moderation is the key.


Get regular checkups. Your doctor will keep track of your medical history so that you can stay healthy. If you are at high risk of osteoporosis (a condition that weakens bones), your doctor may recommend more vitamin D and calcium.


You may be recommended by your doctor to have screening tests done to monitor your health and detect conditions before they become serious.


Be open to communication. Meng said, "If you have any questions, ask your doctor." "Ensure you are satisfied with the information." Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about any medication or procedure.


Reduce Stress

It can be very detrimental to your health. It is impossible to avoid it all, but there are ways you can reduce the effects. Do not take on too many responsibilities. Set limits for yourself and others. It is okay to say no.


To relieve stress, try:


Deep breathing

Meditation

Yoga

Massage

Exercise

Healthy eating

Talking to a friend or family member.

Develop healthy habits

You can prevent problems from coming your way tomorrow if you make the right decisions today.


Brush your teeth twice daily and floss each day.

Don't smoke.

Limit your alcohol. Limit your alcohol intake to 1 drink per day.

Take your medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Get better sleep. Try to sleep for at least 8 hours. Talk to your doctor if you are having trouble sleeping.

Keep out of direct sunlight between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Wear your seatbelt.

Meng suggests that you take time each day to invest in your own health.


Montgomery was able to see the benefits. Montgomery says that she has overcome health issues, is happy, and has a positive outlook. She says that her life has been forever transformed.
