Some authors believe that the key to being able to compete in new markets is having the right strategies and priorities. An organisation cannot compete in the market by offering new products and services, but rather during the recruitment of talent to design and develop these products and services. The innovation process in organisations must begin at the human resource department. This should include new talent-recruitment strategies that are adapted to different generations. Employers must shift from a "boomer-centric" workplace to a "millennial-centric" workplace.

Birkinshaw and Gibson found a strong correlation between business performance, ambidextrous organizations, and high levels of business performance. This could be applied to HR departments. A company that places emphasis on talent-recruitment policies and retention policies for current and future employees will see better business performance and financial results. Many companies have policies that were designed for Generation X and baby boomers, but have not modified them to suit the needs of those who are just beginning in business. They will hold the future job positions, so those responsible for designing and implementing policies need to pay close attention to their needs and desires, with the aim of creating a more open organization.

New generations bring the energy and enthusiasm of those who are just starting out in the workforce. Therefore, reverse mentoring programs can be very useful. The desire of millennials to get constant feedback is an added bonus to the need for employees in organisations to share their knowledge. IESE's survey found that 65% of students had asked for feedback. They explained that this was done to help them understand their mistakes and to make better decisions. This feedback is crucially provided by friends, parents, and professors (see Figure 2). These students will assume the role of their professors when they take up job positions.

Business leaders are updating their policies to accommodate new generations. Flexible work schedules allow employees to work from home 24/7 and not have to travel to the office. It allows employees to seamlessly integrate their professional and personal lives. Reverse mentoring programs, feedback and promotion policies are all changing in order to be more relevant to the new generation. Many organisations looking to be more innovative should start by creating a model that places a strong emphasis upon knowledge transfer and produces a generational replacement.

The Organisation

There are three types of organizational structure that can be used: matrix, functional, or divisional. The first type of structure, which is the division of labor, refers to the primary activities and functions the organisation must perform in order to carry out its business activity (production sales engineering, finance, etc.). This structure maximizes each function and is very clear. This structure can limit the organization's ability to achieve its full potential. This second type of structure is based on the products, geographical markets and customers. This structure is ideal for highly uncertain situations where the goal is to coordinate innovation and satisfy customers while retaining a market segment.

Reduce Stress

It can be very detrimental to your health. It is impossible to avoid it all, but there are ways you can reduce the effects. Do not take on too many responsibilities. Set limits for yourself and others. It is okay to say no.

Deep breathing

Meditation

Yoga

Massage

Exercise

Healthy eating

Talking to a friend or family member.

Develop healthy habits

You can prevent problems from coming your way tomorrow if you make the right decisions today.


Brush your teeth twice daily and floss each day.

Don't smoke.

Limit your alcohol. Limit your alcohol intake to 1 drink per day.

Take your medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Get better sleep. Try to sleep for at least 8 hours. Talk to your doctor if you are having trouble sleeping.

Keep out of direct sunlight between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Wear your seatbelt.

Meng suggests that you take time each day to invest in your own health.


Montgomery was able to see the benefits. Montgomery says that she has overcome health issues, is happy, and has a positive outlook. She says that her life has been forever transformed.
